Instruction for speakers


  • Abstracts should be submitted via this submission system. ​
  • Abstracts submitted by fax or e-mail will not be considered.
  • Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
  • After the abstract submission, you will receive confirmation that your abstract has been submitted.
  • ​The submitting author should be the presenting author.
  • ​The presenting author is expected to attend the Symposium and present the work. Presenting authors of abstracts must be registered participants.
  • ALL INVITED SPEAKERS should prepare and submit their abstracts following these instructions.
  • Topics for E-POSTERS: allergic and non-allergic rhinitis, chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal polyposis, benign and malignant tumors of the nose and paranasal sinuses, anatomic variations of the lateral nasal wall, headache of rhinogenic origin, congenital malformations, endoscopic sinus surgery, septoplasty, rhinoplasty, turbinate surgery, etc.
  • Abstract title:​ Limited to 25 words in UPPER CASE
  • Author and co-authors’ details (maximum of 6 authors):
    • ​Full first and family name(s)
  • Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, country
  • Abstract text should be limited to 300 words and structured with sections: Background, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
  • ​All abstracts must be submitted in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication. ​​​
  • All submitted abstracts for E-POSTER SESSIONS will be forwarded to the Scientific Committee for review. During the abstract submission, the authors should indicate the presentation type (e-poster presentation). Higher priority for acceptance of e-posters will have original scientific studies.
  • All abstracts of presented works will be published in Symposium Abstract Book.

IMPORTANT: All applied Speakers must send us Abstract written by our Guidelines before 15th of March 2019.

Abstract writing Guidelines

Abstracts and papers should be sent in .doc format, font Times New Roman, size 12, with line spacing of 1.5.
